Mike Daniels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Michael (Mike) Daniels is a professional humanitarian trainer, programme manager and consultant with over 20 years\u2019 experience with NGOs, the Red Cross\/Red Crescent and United Nations in variety of contexts and regions around the world. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He\u00a0has\u00a0developed &amp;\/or delivered a range of trainings,\u00a0ToT\u00a0&amp; simulation exercises on a variety of topics, including both face-to-face\u00a0and\u00a0online.\u00a0Participants,\u00a0co-trainers\u00a0and clients\u00a0always\u00a0rate his performance\u00a0highly,\u00a0in particular his\u00a0training skills, his breadth of global experience, and\u00a0his ability to\u00a0work\u00a0effectively across cultures and with non-native English speakers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He\u00a0is\u00a0an independent professional Sphere member, an experienced\u00a0Sphere trainer,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and\u00a0was contracted to help define Sphere\u2019s\u00a02021-2025\u00a0training strategy.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mike is now based in\u00a0East Africa but\u00a0is\u00a0available\u00a0globally\u00a0with\u00a0easy\/visa-free\u00a0access\u00a0to most\u00a0regions\u00a0(including Australia,\u00a0the\u00a0EU\u00a0and the United States).\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For details see\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/c-michael-daniels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">C.
