He is continuously working on Coordination, Capacity Building, Program Development, Project Management, M&amp;E and Donors&#8217; Negotiations for the last several years. He is a Research Scholar for M-Phil in HRM at a renowned university of Pakistan. He is a Master Trainer\/ Graduate of Sphere Standards ToTs both in Pakistan and Internationally at Bangkok-Thailand. In addition he is also a Master Trainer for Pakistan Approach towards Total Sanitation (PATS)\/ Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). He has provided trainings on Participatory M&amp;E and Sphere Standards both in house to the staff and out to the communities and partners. He worked as Section Head &#8211; Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at Sungi Development Foundation and as Project Coordinator at UN-HABITAT Pakistan.
