Ertu\u011frul has been working as a Social Worker in the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) since 2011.<\/p>\n
During this time, he has participated in multiple national and international disaster responses, drills and training.<\/p>\n
Ertu\u011frul completed his master’s degree in disaster management and is currently working on a PhD in humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n
As well as completing a Sphere ToT with DPPI-SEE in Albania in June 2022, Ertu\u011frul has received training in the following areas:

Ertu\u011frul has been involved in many studies within the scope of humanitarian aid work, including in refugee camps in Turkey and Syria.<\/p>\n
Finally, he participated in the humanitarian aid work carried out in Ukraine in 2022 and stayed in the region for 3 months.<\/p>\n
