Dr. Mahmoud H Abudraz

This is Mahmoud H. Abudraz. He’s been working in senior positions in humanitarian field for 20 years so far. He trains Sphere standards and humanitarian charter in Gaza, Palestine particularly for international and local NGOs.  He works as humanitarian program and an operation manager with many international organizations. He manages multidisciplinary programs and organizations with 5-15 M USD portfolio and he leads 5 – 100 members’ teams. He has a master degree from the United States and has good knowledge in PCM. He has a training on Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a humanitarian relief expert. He has extensive first-hand experience in disaster risk reduction, preparing for and responding to emergencies including assessment, setting up operations, program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Abudraz is a master trainer for SPHERE (Humanitarian charter and minimum standards) and INEE (Education in emergencies) in Gaza Strip in English and Arabic
