Oxfam Hong Kong Project Officer, Registered Medical Practitioner, Ultramarathon Runner. Born in 1971, Lei joined Oxfam Hong Kong in February 2005. Since participating in the Wenchuan Earthquake Rescue in 2008, he has been in charge of managing more than 60 humanitarian relief projects and supported partners to carry out more than 10 Sphere trainings. Participated in 2019 in the launch of the Chinese version of the 2018 Sphere Handbook in Beijing.
