The 2017-18 Sphere Handbook revision process: An after action review

The latest revision of the Sphere Handbook was the most far-reaching consultative process in Sphere’s history. As the process of finalising the publication reached its final stages, an after-action review was then commissioned to compile and draw out key learnings from the experience of putting together the new Handbook content. This public report (available in English only) is a synthesis of the main review.
