Two Sessions of three days training.

Session 1: 18 to 20 Jan. 2022

Session 2: 21 to 23 Jan. 2022

Targeted participants for the training are mid and senior level humanitarian programme managers, coordinators and technical staff of local and national non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) engaged in Rohingya humanitarian crisis response in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.

Objectives of the training, which are:
# To enhance knowledge on Humanitarian Action, Humanitarian Principles & SPHERE Standard of selected local and national non-governmental organizations (NGO’s).

# To develop the working knowledge of the selected local and national NGO’s to prepare plans using Humanitarian and SPHERE standards.

# To strengthen the knowledge on the minimum generally accepted code of conduct for humanitarian responders (including PSEA, Protection) of the selected local and national NGO’s.

# To equip the selected local and national NGO’s with humanitarian tools, M&E and CFM and other necessary annexes for developing proposals and reporting.

Outcome of the training would be:
i. Participants develop understanding of Principled Humanitarian Actions include Code of Conduct (CoC), PSEA & Protection (General), Basic M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) and CFM (Complaint Feedback Mechanism) and SPHERE Standard for different humanitarian interventions.

ii. Participants able to apply humanitarian Principles and Standards in their job responsibilities.

iii. Participants understand and able to explain the importance of Humanitarian Charter and Standards in humanitarian responses.
