Sphere revision process: Kick-off Workshop for preparing chapter authors and technical experts

From 31 January to 2 February 2017, Sphere brought together the Chapter Authors (CAs) and Technical Experts (TEs) leading the Sphere Handbook revision process for a three-day workshop hosted by the IFRC in Geneva, Switzerland. The workshop provided an opportunity to discuss the impact of trends and issues on the Handbook revision. They agreed on the revision process, the structure of the 2018 standards, and how best to convey the revised content to various users in different contexts.
