Provide CHS and Sphere Standards training to appropriately familiarize staff with different experiences and professional backgrounds. The course is expected to develop a holistic understanding of the rationale and structure of the latest CHS and Sphere standards, including PSEAH. Additionally, a ToT will be organized for a selected group of participants with the aim of eventually becoming listed Sphere trainers in Ethiopia.
