Provide CHS and Sphere Standards training to familiarize staff with different experiences and professional backgrounds appropriately. The course is expected to develop a holistic understanding of the rationale and structure of the latest CHS and Sphere standards, including PSEAH. Additionally, a ToT will be organized for a selected group of participants to become listed Sphere trainers in Ethiopia eventually.
