Sphere Basic Training, 14-15 June 2023, Ottawa Canada

Dr Abdel Monem Daymi: I recently had the privilege of co-facilitating a Sphere Standards training for 20 representatives from Canadian humanitarian organizations and university teachers, organized by the Humanitarian Response Network of Canada at the Lassonde School of Engineering – York University. It was truly an incredible experience to exchange knowledge and engage in discussions on diverse humanitarian scenarios with this group of specialists.
I am immensely grateful to the HRN for entrusting me with this opportunity to contribute to such a valuable training. The level of engagement and dedication shown by the participants throughout the sessions was truly commendable.
A special thanks goes out to Aya Yagan and the other co-trainer Dr Danielle for their collaboration and support. Working together to deliver this training was a testament to the power of teamwork and shared expertise.
Looking forward to Co-lead the ToT sphere training in couple of months!
