Sphere Session at Humanitarian Congress, Berlin, Germany, Oct 2018

Dr. Oliver Hoffmann is Public Health Advisor at Johanniter International Assistance and together with Axel Schmidt (ASB) and Dr. Markus Moke (Aktion Deutschland Hilft) are the Sphere Focal Point in Germany. During the 20th Humanitarian Congress in Berlin they presented the revised Sphere Handbook and illustrated responsibilities in case of a disaster through a role play.
