Sphere Training, 16-19 October 2023, Damascus, Syria

Aiming at improving the quality of humanitarian action and building the volunteers’ and employees’ capacities to deliver humanitarian aid that is compatible with Sphere standards during emergency response
The #SyrianArabRedCrescent in #RuralDamascus implemented a 4-day training course on Sphere for 26 volunteers and employees.
The participants learned how to use the Sphere handbook during humanitarian response, and in different scenarios through practical and theoretical training which simulates the responses that occurred in Rural Damascus.
