Sphere Training for EDUCO, Bangladesh-Dhaka, July 10th 2023

Objectives:
To train participants on the structure and content of the Sphere Minimum Standards Manual and how it can be applied to EDUCO’s humanitarian response in Bangladesh. To facilitate EDUCO humanitarian teams in developing a shared understanding of Sphere MS.

Key Learning Points:
At the end of this training, participants will:
– be able to explain the structure of the Sphere Minimum Standards Manual and how to use it in humanitarian interventions;
– be able to explain how EDUCO can improve humanitarian aid services/measure service efficiency in the light of Sphere MS indicators;
-be able to articulate a common institutional understanding for EDUCO on the Sphere MS approach and needs-based humanitarian aid planning and implementation to promote the well-being of affected people and support them to live a dignified life.
