Sphere Training of Trainers, 8-13 July 2024, Ukraine

A six-day Sphere Training of Trainers (ToT) was conducted by Dina Volynets for representatives of Ukrainian local non-governmental organisations (LNGOs). The training focused on equipping participants with in-depth knowledge of Sphere Standards and enhancing their facilitation skills to deliver effective training sessions. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and discussions designed to strengthen their capacity to apply and teach Sphere Standards in humanitarian contexts, promoting quality and accountability in their work.
