Sphere Training of Trainers (ToT), Bonn, Germany, 16-20 December 2024

The Sphere Training of Trainers (ToT) held in Bonn brought together humanitarian professionals to strengthen their understanding of the Sphere Handbook and enhance their facilitation skills. Through interactive sessions grounded in adult learning principles, participants explored practical ways to apply Sphere Standards in the field, promote quality and accountability, and contextualize humanitarian responses. The course also reinforced the link between the Humanitarian Charter, the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), and effective humanitarian action, preparing participants to lead impactful Sphere trainings within their organizations and communities.
