The Sphere Handbook is one of the most widely known and internationally recognized sets of common principles and universal minimum standards for the delivery of quality, accountable humanitarian response. In other words, it sets out what should be done when responding to crises. And since the SARC is always ready for any humanitarian response in Syria, its cadres are always trained to respond to emergencies.
SARC carried out its first #Sphere Handbook workshop in #Damascus for this year, with the participation of 26 volunteers to promote the effective use of the Sphere Handbook.
