Four days of Sphere training in Swaida
The standards of humanitarian response that alleviate the human suffering in situations of wars and crises, and the right to live with dignity for those affected by disaster, are the two core themes of the Sphere Handbook which was presented to 21 of #SARC volunteers in #Swaida branch.
During four days; and with the support of the #German_Red_Cross, the volunteers learned about Sphere principles and standards in order to develop their planning skills and improve the quality of their humanitarian response.
