Training of staff on Sphere at Weworld, Burkina Faso, 27-31 March 2023

The training methodology was based on an andragogical approach that fosters active participation ; it combined theory (conceptual input through power point presentations and plenary discussion), exercises, group work and practice; experience sharing and case studies were also developed.
Based essentially on the fundamentals of humanitarian intervention and the sphere standards, the session was delivered over five days.
A daily debriefing was held, followed with an assessment of the training by the participants.
At the end of the training, the participants were satisfied of the capacity building they received as stated by the post-test scores.
