The Blue Sky Rescue is a relatively strong rescue team among Yunnan’s civilian rescue forces. Their rescue skills and abilities are recognized by the government and society, but their knowledge in disaster relief need to be strengthened. The Sphere is a very good standard system based on practice in disaster relief. Therefore, Chengdu Show You Non-Profit Development Center empowered the Blue Sky Rescue team with the contents of the Sphere during the two days.
