The Blue Sky Public Service team is a relatively strong rescue team among Sichuan’s civilian rescue forces. Their rescue skills and abilities are recognized by the government and society, but their knowledge in disaster relief need to be strengthened. The Sphere is a very good standard system based on practice in disaster relief. Therefore, Chengdu Show You Non-Profit Development Center and the Amity Foundation empowered the Blue Sky Public Service team with the contents of the Sphere during the two and a half days.
