Training on Sphere standards in the CARE4U3 project, Ukraine, 5-7 November 2024

The training was attended by 24 field workers from local partner organizations “Caritas Donetsk in Dnipro”, “Caritas Zaporizhzhia”, “Caritas Kharkiv” of the project “CARE4U3”.
As part of the interactive training, participants completed 10 training blocks.

Each participant received a “Sphere” manual in Ukrainian. Upon returning to the office, participants from “Caritas Kharkiv” and “Caritas Zaporizhzhia” expressed a desire to conduct a short introductory session for their organization’s employees and share their impressions of the training. Participants from “Caritas Kharkiv” invited the trainers to conduct training for the local partner organization “Caritas Kharkiv” where there are employees from various projects. Each participant received a certificate of completion of the three-day “Sphere” training.

The training was conducted by Maria Tesliuk and Alina Travnikova as part of certification and to gain practical experience after studying at the training for trainers.
