Geneva Humanitarian Standards ForumParticipants at the 27-28 June Humanitarian Standards Forum will review the outcomes of the Joint Standards Initiative, a collaborative effort between the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP), People In Aid and the Sphere Project to achieve greater coherence for users of humanitarian standards.

They will have the opportunity to debate the framework for action for the next 18 months, agreed and presented by the three standards-setting initiatives, including how their organisations will engage in its implementation.

You can watch the opening session of the Humanitarian Standards Forum online on Thursday, 27 June at 09:00 (Central European Time).

On the second day of the Forum, the discussions will focus on a separate process, the Certification Review Project sponsored by the Steering Committee for Humanitarian Response.

The Humanitarian Standards Forum is hosted by the Swiss Government and held at the headquarters of the World Meteorological Organisation.
