Sphere trainers help shape new learning strategy

A lot of creative energy was unleashed as 11 experienced trainers gathered in Geneva 26-27 January to brainstorm and discuss elements for a new learning strategy that takes into account the upcoming release of the Sphere Handbook 2011 edition.

Participants at the two-day meeting came from Switzerland, France, Kenya, Egypt, United Kingdom, United States and Spain. Building upon their collective experience in delivering Sphere training in four languages – English, Arabic, French and Spanish – they discussed new training tools, priority target publics and new methodologies.

The new learning strategy is to be progressively applied as of the launch of the new Sphere Handbook in April.
