About Eduardo
Psychologist with more than twenty years of experience, Eduardo is an expert in Child Protection, both in development programs and in response to emergencies and disasters. Since 2010, he has trained various humanitarian and public actors in the SPHERE Standards as well as the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action and has worked and coordinated humanitarian aid programs focused on the protection of the childhood and WASH developed in Chile as a result of recent emergencies.

Psychologue avec plus de vingt ans d’expérience, Eduardo est un expert de la protection des enfants et de leurs droits, à la fois dans les programmes de développement et en réponse aux urgences et catastrophes. Depuis 2010, il a formé divers acteurs humanitaires et acteurs publics aux Standards SPHERE ainsi qu’aux Standards Minimums pour la Protection des Enfants dans l’Action Humanitaire -NMPI et a travaillé et coordonné des programmes d’aide humanitaire axés sur la protection de l’enfance et WASH développés au Chili à la suite des récentes situations d’urgence.
Psicólogo con mas de veinte años de experiencia, Eduardo es experto en protección de la niñez y sus derechos, tanto en programas de desarrollo como en respuesta a emergencias y desastres. Desde el año 2010 ha capacitado a diversos actores humanitarios y actores públicos en las Normas ESFERA así como en las Normas Mínimas para la Protección de la Infancia en la Acción Humanitaria -NMPI y ha trabajado y coordinado programas de ayuda humanitaria enfocados en la protección a la infancia y WASH desarrollados en Chile producto de recientes emergencias.
