About Hassan
Hassan is the Executive Director of Bousla. He holds a BSc in Pharmacy from Kalamoon University and a diploma in Advanced Studies from the University of Geneva in Humanitarian Action (Designing Strategies and Projects for Humanitarian Action). Besides, Hassan holds a master of business administration at Marmara University.
He is a certified trainer in the SPHERE project, Quality & Accountability, Program Management for the Development Sector (PgMD), Project Management for the Development Sector (PMD Pro 1&2), and Remote management.
Hassan was selected as ambassador in the PM4NGOs hub (https://www.pm4ngos.org/pm4ngos-hubs/) for the Middle East and Turkey to provide support and advice to learners, practitioners, new trainers, training organizations, follow them up and provide feedback.
Hassan has ten years a humanitarian aid worker, designed and facilitated training & consultancies in a SPHERE, Project Management (Project DPro) and Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) in Syria, Yemen, Iraq, and Turkey. He has worked as a specialist consultant for multiple UN agencies, INGOs and humanitarian academic organizations such as UNDP, IOM, OCHA, Relief International, Action Medeor, AAR Japan, SPHERE, Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), Expertise France, Humanitarian Academy for Development (HAD), Johns Hopkins University Center for Humanitarian Health, and NGO Coordination Committee for Iraq (NCCI).
Hassan also has online trainings on an international platform such as disasterready.org and Buildingmarkets.org, within the Investing in Humanitarian Action learning programme framework (ISHA).
Hassan has conducted Organizational Capacity Assessment for more than 57 Syrian Organizations, 30 Iraqi Organizations, 10 Yemeni Organizations.
Moreover, Hassan has acted as project manager for more than 47 projects in various sectors funded by different donors such as GIZ, Expertise France (EF), Medecins Du Monde (MdM), UN Agencies, WorldVision (WV), International Rescue Committee (IRC), Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW), Save The Children (SCI), Norwak and World Health Organization (WHO).
Before Bousla, Hassan was Capacity Building Director in Trust. Before Trust, Hassan was Chief Development Officer and Deputy CEO for the Union of Medical Care and Relief Organisations (UOSSM), where he was responsible for developing a capacity building, designing strategy and establishing policies and procedures.
حسان جنيدي هو المدير التنفيذي لبوصلة. حاصل على بكالوريوس في الصيدلة من جامعة القلمون ودبلوم في الدراسات المتقدمة من جامعة جنيف في العمل الإنساني (تصميم الإستراتيجيات والمشاريع في الإستجابة الإنسانية). إلى جانب ذلك، حصل حسان على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة مرمرة.
وهو مدرب معتمد في مشروع اسفير والجودة والمساءلة وإدارة البرامج لقطاع التنمية (PgMD) وإدارة المشاريع لقطاع التنمية (PMD Pro 1 & 2) والإدارة عن بُعد.
تم اختيار حسان سفيراً في مركز PM4NGOs (https://www.pm4ngos.org/pm4ngos-hubs/) لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وتركيا لتقديم الدعم والمشورة للمتعلمين والممارسين والمدربين الجدد ومنظمات التدريب لمتابعتهم وتقديم الملاحظات.
يعمل حسان لمدة عشر سنوات كعامل إغاثة إنسانية، وقد صمم ويسر عدة تدريبات وإستشارات في اسفير وإدارة المشاريع (Project DPro) وتقييم القدرات التنظيمية (OCA) في سوريا واليمن والعراق وتركيا. عمل كمستشار متخصص للعديد من وكالات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الأكاديمية الإنسانية مثل برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، والمنظمة الدولية للهجرة، ومكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية في تركيا، والإغاثة الدولية، و أكشن ميديور، وآر اليابان، واسفير، والمعايير الإنسانية الأساسية (CHS)، واكسبرتيس فرنس في العراق، والأكاديمية الإنسانية للتنمية (HAD) في بريطانيا، ومركز جامعة جونز هوبكنز للصحة الإنسانية، ولجنة تنسيق المنظمات غير الحكومية في العراق (NCCI).
كما أن حسان لديه دورات تدريبية عبر الإنترنت على المنصات الدولية مثل ديساستر ريدي و بيلدينك ماركيت، ضمن إطار عمل برنامج التعلم للاستثمار في العمل الإنساني (ISHA).
أجرى حسان تقييم القدرات التنظيمية لأكثر من 57 منظمة سورية و 30 منظمة عراقية و 10 منظمات يمنية.
