Juan Saenz

A participant to the first Training of Trainers course over 20 years ago and after that facilitated 14 Sphere ToT’s being the lead trainer in 6 of them, he has delivered over 50 Sphere workshops all over the world training over 500 people on Sphere. Juan is one of the key authors of the first generation of Sphere Learning materials, was involved in the pilot agency learning process, worked as a consultant for the Sphere project in the Central America Sphere Institutionalization process and wrote the “Sphere Learning Activity Guide”. Juan coordinated the production and design of Sphere’s first digital interactive version of the Sphere Handbook. Juan facilitates in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is very familiar with the process, principles and values of the Sphere Movement. Juan participated in the language revision of the 2018 Spanish version of the Sphere Handbook.

Juan participa en el primer CpC de Esfera hace más de 20 años. Después de eso facilita los subsecuentes 14 CpCs alrededor del mundo, siendo facilitador líder en 6 de ellos.  Ha facilitado mas de 50 talleres y eventos de Esfera en todo el mundo, habiendo capacitado a más de 500 personas en Esfera. Juan fue uno de los 6 autores de la primera generación de materiales de capacitación Esfera.  Coordinó la producción de la primera version digital interactiva del Manual Esfera. Juan facilita en Ingles, Español y Portugués, esta bien familiarizado con los procesos, principios y valores del Movimiento Esfera. Participó en la revision del lenguaje castellano de la version 2018 del Manual Esfera.
