With great attention, I have been following your work for many years and use it for my own projects in Tanzania.

After 40 years of employment in predominantly leadership and management functions (CEO, COO, CRO, Managing Director, Senior Project Manager) I am now seeking for the next stage of life a challenge where I want to concern myself mainly with the support of social projects and in the NGO projects as well. The task and not the money aspect is paramount.

In addition to my work as a career officer, Chief Executive of the Group and independent management consultant I am responsible for 10 years volunteer humanitarian relief operations (previously 19 inserts) with Interplast Germany eV (NGO) Section Seven Mountains-Saxonia to Tanzania. So I have one hand in Puma / Singida 2004-2010 at 2 locations 3 operating theaters and from 2010 til today in Sumbawanga / Rugwa 2 operating rooms fully furnished and equipped for over 200 to material donations in hospitals, doctors’ offices and companies in the commodity value of approximately 300,000 € raised, collected and transported to Tanzania. Projects like these require intensive donations generation. I did this over and over again by the personal address of companies, privateers, and friends. Because everything has to be organized volunteer, fall here, no administrative costs. For the project in Sumbawanga I have been for seven missions, where we were able to successfully complete more than 1135 operations, can win a total of € 850,000 in donations. Have for this area at their own expense in 2010 at ISPI in Milan, Advanced Diploma for Management of Humanitarian Intervention acquired.

Through my work as of change, crisis and project managers in medium-sized companies I have organized extensive training, project work and am never too bad, even raise their sleeves and plan projects, conduct, manage and handle according to specifications. This applies to both the national and the international level. Able to perform in a position to lead the people entrusted to me, to motivate and encourage. In the collaboration/cooperation with internal and external service I am well versed, only solution-and goal-oriented and fluent. Especially with social projects, this is a key point of success. I used to be responsible for projects up to the order of € 36 million and to identify myself fully with the tasks set.

Also would have no problem subordinating me. Do not think that the question you challenge also requires a certain level of seniority. This I bring with me.

Après 40 ans de travail dans principalement des fonctions de direction et de gestion (PDG, DG, CRO, directeur général, gestionnaire principal de projet), je cherche maintenant à la prochaine étape de la vie d’un défi où je veux me préoccuper principalement avec le soutien de projets sociaux et dans les projets d’ONG ainsi. La tâche et non l’aspect de l’argent est primordiale.

En plus de mon travail en tant qu’officier de carrière, chef de la direction du Groupe et conseiller en gestion indépendant, je suis responsable depuis 10 ans du bénévolat opérations de secours humanitaire (auparavant 19 mission) avec Interplast Allemagne eV (ONG) Section Sept Montagnes-Saxe à la Tanzanie. J’ai donc une part de Puma / Singida 2004-2010 à 2 emplacements 3 salles d’opération et à partir de 2010 jusqu’à aujourd’hui à Sumbawanga / Rugwa 2 salles d’opération entièrement meublé et équipé pour plus de 200 tons matériels dans les hôpitaux, les cabinets de médecins et des entreprises dans le valeur des produits de base d’environ 300 000 € soulevé, collecté et transporté vers la Tanzanie. Pour le projet en Sumbawanga j’ai été pendant sept missions, où nous avons pu mener à bien plus de 900 opérations, peut gagner un total de € 850.000 en dons. Avoir pour ce domaine à leurs propres frais en 2010 à ISPI à Milan, Diplôme Supérieur de Gestion de l’intervention humanitaire acquise.

Grâce à mon travail de changement, de crise et les gestionnaires de projet dans des entreprises de taille moyenne, j’ai organisé une formation approfondie, le travail de projet et je suis jamais trop mauvaise, même élever leurs manches et de planifier des projets, la conduite, la gestion et pour selon les spécifications. Cela s’applique à la fois au niveau national et international. Capable d’effectuer en mesure de conduire le peuple qui me sont confiées, pour motiver et encourager. Dans la collaboration / coopération avec le service interne et externe que je connais très bien, seule solution et couramment et orientée vers un but. Surtout avec des projets sociaux c’est un point clé de la réussite. J’avais l’habitude d’être responsable des projets jusqu’à l’ordre de 36 M € et de m’identifier pleinement avec les tâches définies.

Aurait également aucun problème me subordonner. Ne pensez pas que la question que vous contestez exige également un certain niveau d’ancienneté. Ce que je vais apporter.
