Sinae has been working on project management, resource and business development, program and partnership development, proposal development, monitoring and evaluation in the shelter sector in humanitarian work for 7 years. She has 4 years of experience as Sphere Trainer in South Korea. The Sphere trainings she delivered mainly targeted to the civil societies. She has also contributed to the humanitarian sector in South Korea as a resource for NGO colleagues on international humanitarian standards, slum upgrading and shelter support in both disaster and development phases through lectures and knowledge sharing workshops. Published and has helped to influence the dissemination of SPHERE standards and CORE Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability used by Korean humanitarian organisations through translation supervision.
