Sylvie Robert

Sylvie ROBERT is an independent consultant, specializing in evaluation (project cycle management) and organizational learning. She is a French national and able to deliver training of trainers courses and workshops in French, English and Spanish. Her field experience since 1992 is with complex emergencies in the Balkans, the Great Lakes of Africa, Central America and South Asia, with specific work on the link between emergencies and development. Involved with Sphere training since 1999, Sylvie is one of the principal authors of the Sphere training module “The project cycle”. She was involved as the Sphere focal point for the response to the South Asia earthquake. Sylvie is now building her work on a global approach to quality and accountability, working with humanitarian practitioners to identify lessons from the implementation and the best possible ways to respond to complex environments in a very iterative manner.

Sylvie ROBERT est une consultante indépendante, spécialisée dans l’évaluation (gestion du cycle de projet) et l’apprentissage organisationnel. Elle est de nationalité française et peut dispenser des formations de formateurs et des ateliers en français, en anglais et en espagnol. Son expérience sur le terrain depuis 1992 dans le cadre d’urgences complexes, dans les Balkans, les Grands Lacs africains, l’Amérique centrale et l’Asie du Sud, est vaste. Impliquée dans la formation de Sphère depuis 1999, Sylvie est l’une des principales auteures du module de formation Sphère sur “Le cycle de projet”. Elle a été impliquée en tant que point focal Sphère pour la réponse au tremblement de terre en Asie du Sud-Est. Sylvie construit actuellement ses activités dans le cadre d’une approche globale de la qualité et la redevabilité, en collaboration avec les acteurs humanitaires, pour identifier les leçons de la mise en œuvre et les meilleurs moyens possibles pour travailler de manière itérative dans des environnements complexes.

Sylvie ROBERT es un consultora independiente, especializada en la evaluación (gestión del ciclo del proyecto) y el aprendizaje organizacional. Sylvie es de nacionalidad francesa, y capaz de ofrecer capacitaciónes para capacitadores y talleres en Francés, Inglés y Español. Su experiencia en el campo desde el año 1992 es con situaciones complejas de emergencia en los Balcanes, los Grandes Lagos de África, América Central y el sur de Asia, con un trabajo específico sobre la relación entre las situaciones de emergencia y el desarrollo. Involucrada con la capacitación de Esfera a partir de 1999, Sylvie es una de los autores principales del módulo de capacitación del Proyecto Esfera “El ciclo del proyecto”. Sylvie fue implicada como el punto focal para Esfera durante la respuesta al terremoto en Pakistan. Sylvie está construyendo su trabajo en un enfoque global de la calidad y la rendición de cuentas, con los trabajadores humanitarios, para identificar lecciones aprendidas de la implementación y las mejores formas posibles para responder de manera muy iterativa a entornos complejos.
