About Caritas Moldova

The mission of Caritas Moldova is to exercise Christian charity in support of those most in need, to promote social equity and defend human dignity. Caritas Moldova, through its interventions, ensures the welfare and dignity of extremely vulnerable people in Moldova, including Ukrainian refugees who crossed the Moldavian border since the beginning of the conflict in February 2022.

All refugee centres run by Caritas Moldova and all the services provided meet Sphere minimum standards.
